Welcome to Brandify! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of customized products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All items sold by Brandify are custom-made based on the specifications you provide (e.g., text, design, images, colors, sizes). Please review all order details carefully before checkout, as custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation by email upon placing your order. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for mistakes made by the customer during the ordering process.

3. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please see our [Refund Policy] for more information.

Exceptions may apply only in cases of verified damage or defect. If you believe your product is defective or damaged during shipping, contact us within between 3 to 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers. Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it.

If your item is lost or arrives damaged, we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier if applicable.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You have double-checked all personalization details before submitting.

  • You own or have rights to any image, logo, or text you submit for customization.

  • You will not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, content, and images on our website are the property of Brandify and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

Customized designs made using client-provided materials remain the property of the client; however, we reserve the right to display them in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
